James "Jim" Eftink is running in the primary election as a Republican to become an Associate Circuit Judge in Cass County, Missouri.

Jim has practiced law for nearly twelve years.  Although he has represented clients throughout the courts of Missouri, most of his practice has taken place in Cass County, Missouri.  He has served as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem, investigating allegations of abuse and neglect and representing hundreds of abused children in court proceedings.

Jim is a loving husband, father and Christian.  He is a Cass County resident and an active member of the community, serving on the board of directors of the Hope Haven domestic violence shelter, the Cass County Youth Court, and the Cass County Bar Association.

Jim's focus on the bench will be defending the Constitution, holding criminals accountable, cooperating with law enforcement, and protecting the community and people of Cass County, Missouri.
